I just tried out the Legend chair massage. WOW! what an experience! I feel amazing!! That chair really worked my body good! Absolutely recommend!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Stars for sure! 👍

The Legend chair had me really relaxed while in use, and the stretch was nice. I personally had only one problem were I didn't really feel much in the stretch , and in testing that's all I had time for, Otherwise it was a good experience.

Mike and Philipp were very professional. They had to take the arms off to fit the chair in the room and explained to me how to do it if I ever have to move it. Also, explained how to use the chair.

The original chair that I purchase arrived and did not work as it was supposed to. After contacting the office, they immediately made a plan to replace the chair and provide me with a new one the next day. Thank you Floridian Brand Massage Chair Company.

We did not end up keeping the chair after giving our deposit due to health reasons that occurred after we purchased it. Robert worked extremely hard to get our deposit back. He never acted like it was annoying as many times as I text him. Just very kind every time. If we ever get to where we could use the chair, I would definitely purchase from Robert at Floridian Chairs.

When visiting the Navy Exchange in Jacksonville, FL, we were thrilled to learn that Floridian's service area extended to South Carolina. Purchasing the unit was super easy and the delivery/set up could not have been more supportive. We purchased for my mom's use, because seniors need that extra care and circulation support. She loves it!

I wanted to let you know that the delivery of the chair was exceptional. The two men that you had come, Ganzy and Patrick, were really great. I believe they were the two employees who set up the bizarre show in Hampton in November. The lead technician was wonderful. His customer service was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and ensure that I felt comfortable with the chair mechanics. They took care in removing the old chair and bringing in the new chair and I thoroughly enjoyed having them in my home. I am loving the new chair. Robert, I so appreciate your taking the time to work with me to find the right chair to fit my needs. I was in a horrific car accident after purchasing the chair and it has been a wonderful part of my recovery process. I want to commend you on your kindness and professionalism in interacting with your customers. You truly made me feel valued. I have been raving about you and your company and I would recommend you without reservation to anyone who is considering purchasing a massage chair for either therapeutic or enjoyment purposes!

The Rebel chair is awesome! We demoed both the Rebel and the twice as expensive Legend, and wow! These chairs are totally worth the money! My 10 yr old grandson has had 4 massages in two days! We can't get enough! I loved the Legend stretch capabilities, but I'm totally happy with the Rebel. Again! Worth every penny! Also the staff have been very friendly! From Michael giving us the demo, and a deal we couldn't refuse to the delivery guys thoroughness! Of course Ratchel has been excellent! Very attentive. Can't wait to get the full benefits from the use.

Update: After this review, I did hear back and got the issue resolved. The chair itself has been great for helping my husband with his back pain. Thanks for reaching out. I got this chair at a state fair. The chair arrived on time and easy to setup and use and has been decent. My issue is with lack of transparency in their fees. I did the no interest financing and was told this is the amount you would pay. I get my first bill and surprise, surprise, there is some $138 promotional fee that no one told us about. I am told by the sales rep, along with someone who checked in that I would get that fee waived. 3 months later and nothing has been done. Customer service does not reply so I don't even know if they will reply if there is an issue with the chair in the future. Steer clear.

My Wife and I meet Ruben at our state fair in Sept 2024. Ruben was great to work with. He is very friendly, and not pushy, but most of all, Ruben was very knowledgeable of the Floridian Brand products. After asking Ruben a thousand questions buy text and over the phone for over two weeks, my wife and I decided on "The Legend"; Wow, what a chair, we cannot say enough about it; words cannot describe this chair. The delivery team provided great customer services and provided an overall great tutorial of our chair during set up. An overall great experience. Thanks Ruben, and the entire Floridian Brand team.
